EMEC Indicator Operation
EMC indicator display of the tensile test machine: live readout of force, elongation, cross-section and percentage elongation.
Display Readings
- F — instantaneous force (kg)
- FM — maximum force (kg)
- L — instantaneous elongation (mm)
- dL — elongation difference (mm)
- A — sample cross-sectional area (mm²)
- d0 — initial gauge length (mm)
- L% — percentage elongation
- Stress — calculated value in kg/mm²
Control Outputs
- Relay 1, Relay 2, Relay 3
- Up motor / down motor control
- Date and time logging
When the test is complete, the display shows “Test completed”.
