Standard resistance box used as a reference load in earth contact resistance (continuity), withstanding voltage and insulation resistance tests. Produced as the E series.

Withstanding Voltage Test — 350 kΩ Step

  • 1600 V = 4.5 mA
  • 2000 V = 5.7 mA
  • 3000 V = 8.7 mA

Withstanding Voltage Test — 250 kΩ Step

  • 1600 V = 6.4 mA
  • 2000 V = 8.0 mA
  • 3000 V = 12.0 mA

Insulation Resistance Test

  • 500 V DC — steps below and above 5 MΩ
