Tensile Test Machine – Twin Screw

Tensile Test Machine – Twin Screw

Twin-screw tensile test machine providing higher load capacity and more stable axial loading than the single-screw model, with a load range of 10–50 kN.

Description

Determines physical properties such as tensile strength and elongation of cables, yarns, fibres and fine wires, and produces stress-strain curves. The twin-screw drive applies a more stable, better-centred axial load to the sample. With the optional extensometer, elongation between two points can be measured more precisely.

Models

  • EMC-1 — 230 V, 0.5 HP, maximum load 10 kN
  • EMC-3 — 230 V, 0.7 HP, maximum load 30 kN
  • EMC-5 — 400 V, 5 HP, maximum load 50 kN

Common Specifications

  • Load accuracy: 0.05%
